Privacy Policy of the MCV Foundation

The MCV Foundation collects information through the Information Sheets submitted by donors who become automatic participants in the DCV Poverty Alleviation Program upon submission of requirements and entry into the database. The Foundation will not open, share, sell or in any way convey or reveal the database information or the Information Sheets to another party except to government authorities if required by a court order such as in the event any of the information within the database may assist in solving a case or in the interest of national security.

The MCV Foundation may, from time to time, send email to the donors/participants as in the case of a future newsletter or announcement. Such email will be sent only as necessary to convey information to its participants and not for the purpose of generating "spam" or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) which is considered distasteful practice and opposed by the Foundation. However, at present news and information will simply be posted in this website and possibly later, on social media.
